Bullet pierced dead body of trooper found in Kashmir

A Lieutenant Rank Army officer was found killed in Shopian district of South Kashmir today morning.

His body was bullet-riddled and he has been identified as Umar Fayaz from Kulgam.

Police said he was kidnapped by terrorists late last night in the town of Kulgam in south Kashmir when he went to attend a family function.

He had joined the army recently.

A civilian was killed and two soldiers were injured after terrorists attacked an army patrol in Shopian. A huge anti-terror operation across villages and orchards was in progress in the area. A tight security was launched after a series of attacks and videos were found showing large groups of terrorists moving freely in the area.

Chicken nugget tweet breaks Twitter record

A tweet from a teenager asking a US fast food chain for a year's supply of chicken nuggets has become the most retweeted ever.
Carter Wilkerson's plea broke Ellen DeGeneres' record when he passed 3,430,249 retweets on Tuesday.
A spokesperson for Wendy's said: "We didn't expect Carter's response, and we couldn't anticipate the overwhelming support he has received."
The company has donated $100,000 (£78,000) to charity in his name.
'Consider it done'
On 5 April, the 16-year-old from Reno, Nevada, tweeted Wendy's asking how many retweets he would need to get a year's free supply of chicken nuggets.
The fast food chain replied within a minute: "18 million."
"Consider it done," Mr Wilkerson replied.
He then posted a screenshot of the tweets with the call "HELP ME PLEASE. A MAN NEEDS HIS NUGGS."

The tweet quickly went viral, reaching 1 million retweets in two days.
It was shared by global companies including Apple Music, Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Twitter itself, and celebrities including Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul.
Other companies replied to the teenager with their own offers, including United Airlines, which said it would fly him to a Wendy's restaurant in any of the cities it serves.

"The [PR] industry has a word for this type of activity: 'brand-jacking'," PR Week deputy editor John Harrington told the BBC.
"While not hugely original, it can be successful. It shows the importance of reacting quickly to trending topics on social media."

And while Wendy's seemed as surprised as anyone by the response to Mr Wilkerson's tweet, Mr Harrington said that "from a PR point of view, they've played a blinder".
"Most brands would probably have ignored the tweet or given a bland response, but by reacting with humour, Wendy's has created a vast amount of positive exposure and goodwill."

The record for the most retweets was previously held by Ellen DeGeneres, for her 2014 Oscars selfie.
The photo, which featured Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Kevin Spacey and Meryl Streep among others, had 2.1 million retweets by the end of the awards ceremony.
When Mr Wilkerson first published his tweet, hers had about 3.2 million retweets.

Ms DeGeneres brought up the challenge to her record on her talk show a week after Mr Wilkerson's initial plea, when his message had reached 2.6 million retweets.

Wendy's said that when Mr Wilkerson broke the record, it would donate $100,000 (£78,000) to charity.
The money will go to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, a US charity set up in 1992 by the founder of Wendy's.
The charity works to find permanent homes for children in foster care.

U FBI chief James Comey fired by Trump

President Donald Trump has fired the director of the FBI over his handling of the inquiry into Hillary Clinton's emails, the administration says.
The White House shocked Washington by announcing that James Comey "has been terminated and removed from office".
But Democrats said he was fired because the FBI was investigating alleged links between the Trump campaign and Russia.
The move came as it emerged Mr Comey gave inaccurate information about Mrs Clinton's emails to Congress last week.
President Trump wrote in a letter to Mr Comey that he agreed with US Attorney General Jeff Sessions' recommendation that "you are not able to effectively lead the Bureau".
Mr Sessions said the Department of Justice was "committed to a high level of discipline, integrity, and the rule of law", and "a fresh start is needed".
The White House said the search for a successor would begin immediately.

Mr Comey was addressing FBI agents in Los Angeles when he was handed a note by one of his team informing him he had just been fired.
The 56-year-old - who was four years into his 10-year term as FBI director - reportedly laughed, thinking it was a prank.

Many have expressed surprise that Mr Comey should be fired for his handling of the Clinton emails investigation, given that Mr Trump once praised the FBI director's conduct in the matter.
In the final days of the presidential campaign, Mr Trump told a rally it "took guts" for Mr Comey to reopen the inquiry. "What he did brought back his reputation," Mr Trump said.
But on Tuesday, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said he "cannot defend the Director's handling of the conclusion of the investigation of Secretary Clinton's emails, and I do not understand his refusal to accept the nearly universal judgement that he was mistaken".
"Almost everyone agrees the Director made serious mistakes; it is one of the few issues that unites people of diverse perspectives".
He said Mr Comey had been wrong to "usurp" the previous attorney general in July 2016 to announce the Clinton emails inquiry should be closed without prosecution.
The deputy attorney general said Mr Comey compounded his error by "gratuitously" releasing "derogatory information" about Mrs Clinton.

Democrats swiftly suggested that Mr Trump had fired Mr Comey to influence the FBI inquiry into whether members of the Trump election campaign colluded with the Kremlin.
The House of Representatives and Senate intelligence committees are looking into the same allegations.
"Were these investigations getting too close to home for the president?" Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer asked a Tuesday evening press conference.
"This does not seem to be a coincidence," he added.
The development is drawing comparisons with the so-called Saturday Night Massacre of 1973, when President Richard Nixon fired an independent special prosecutor investigating the Watergate scandal.
But President Trump has repeatedly insisted the Russia allegations are "fake news".

A bear in the US state of Connecticut would not take no for an answer after showing up at a homeowner's back porch for fresh-baked brownies.
The unwanted ursine guest managed to rip off the screen door, but was unable to open the glass sliding door, even after climbing on to a porch handrail.
A neighbour who came into the house in the town of Avon and took these photos said it was "a harrowing experience".
Bill Belfiore said the black bear refused to be scared off.
"Though it looks cute on the railing, this bear was angry about not being able to get at the food," said Mr Belfiore.
He told emergency responders: "We have a bear attempting to get into a house and he's not afraid of noise, screaming or yelling or pounding."

After pawing at the backdoor - which leads to the kitchen - the stubborn bear tried accessing other doors to the home.

By the time police responded, the bear had already lost interest and left.
Connecticut's Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) has advised nearby residents to take steps to "reduce encounters and potential conflicts" with black bears.
They said the state's bear population has been growing, and that they become more active in the spring time.
"If you genuinely care about bears, you should never feed them - either intentionally or unintentionally," DEEP deputy commissioner Susan Whalen said last month.

इस जवाबी कार्रवाई में भारत ने सीमा पर बने पाकिस्तानी बंकरों को निशाना बनाया. बताया जा रहा है कि भारतीय फौज ने पाकिस्तान के कई बंकरों को निशाना बनाते हुए उन्हें नेस्तनाबूद कर दिया. जानकारी है कि भारतीय सेना की तरफ से सात पाकिस्तानी बंकरों को निशाना बनाया गया. हालांकि ये वीडियो कब शूट किया गया है, इस बात की अभी कोई जानकारी नहीं है.

बता दें कि पिछले हफ्ते ही जम्मू के मेंढर सेक्टर में पाकिस्तान की तरफ मोर्टार दागे गए थे. पाकिस्तान के इस अटैक में दो भारतीय जवान शहीद हो गए थे. इतना ही नहीं भारतीय जवानों के शवों के साथ बर्बरता भी की गई थी.

1 मई को किया था पाकिस्तान ने हमला
बीते 1 मई को जम्मू के मेंढर सेक्टर में पाकिस्तान ने एलओसी पर सीजफायर का उल्लंघन किया था. पाकिस्तानी की तरफ मोर्टार दागे गए थे. जिसमें दो भारतीय जवान शहीद हो गए थे. पाकिस्तान की बैट टीम ने दोनों भारतीय जवानों के साथ बर्बरता भी की थी.

इसके बाद भारत ने एलओसी के उस पार मौजूद पाक सेना की उन चौकियों को ध्वस्त कर दिया था जिनसे बॉर्डर एक्शन टीम के सदस्यों की घुसपैठ के लिए उनको कवर फायर दिया गया था. बताया गया था कि इस जवाबी कार्रवाई में 7 पाकिस्तानी सैनिक भी मारे गए.

जवानों की शहादत के बाद रक्षा मंत्री समेत आर्मी चीफ ने खुले तौर पर कहा था कि पाकिस्तान को उसी के अंजाम में माकूल जवाब दिया जाएगा.

सत्र से पहले केजरीवाल ने ट्वीट किया. ट्वीट में उन्होंने लिखा कि सदन में इस मसेल पर सफाई दी जाएगी. वहीं सत्र से पहले केजरीवाल ने अपने घर पार्टी नेताओं के साथ बैठक की. इस बीच, सीएम केजरीवाल के घर के बाहर बीजेपी युवा मोर्चा के कार्यकर्ताओं ने प्रदर्शन किया और केजरीवाल के इस्तीफे की मांग की.

सत्र से पहले बैठक
विधानसभा सत्र से पहले मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के घर आम आदमी पार्टी नेताओं की बैठक बुलाई की. बैठक में शामिल होने के लिए डिप्टी सीएम मनीष सिसोदिया, संजय सिंह और आशुतोष केजरीवाल के घर पहुंचे. आम आदमी पार्टी ने अपने विधायकों को व्हिप जारी कर विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र के दौरान मौजूद रहने के निर्देश दिए.

केजरीवाल का ट्वीट

कपिल की विधायकी खत्म करने की हो सकती है मांग
दिल्ली विधानसभा के सत्र में आज AAP विधायक हंगामा कर सकते हैं. सूत्रों के मुताबिक पार्टी विधायक कपिल मिश्रा की विधायकी खत्म करने की मांग कर सकते हैं. बताया जा रहा है कि 6 विधायकों का एक दल कपिल के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग रख सकता है.

सत्येंद्र जैन ने भी दी सफाई
वहीं इससे पहले स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन ने भी आरोपों पर सफाई दी. उन्होंने अपनी सफाई में कहा था कि शुक्रवार को वह केजरीवाल के घर गए ही नहीं. जैन ने ऐलान किया है कि वो कपिल मिश्रा के खिलाफ मानहानि का केस दर्ज करवाएंगे. उनका कहना था कि कपिल मिश्रा मानसिक संतुलन खो चुके हैं और निराधार आरोप लगा रहे हैं.

मेरठ में बोले योगी- बेटियों से छेड़छानी बर्दाश्त नहीं

मेरठ दौरे पर गये उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि हमारे आने से पहले राज्य में आलू का किसान परेशान था, हमारा लक्ष्य किसान को उचित दाम दिलाना है. अगर कहीं से भी किसानों से जुड़ी शिकायत आएगी, तो उसपर कड़ी कार्रवाई होगी. योगी ने कहा कि हमने एंटी रोमियो दल का गठन किया, अगर कोई भी व्यक्ति बेटियों के साथ छेड़छाड़ करेगा तो प्रशासन एक्शन लेगा.

योगी ने मेरठ में कहा कि हमने अवैध बूचड़खानों को बंद कराया है, आगे भी इस पर सख्ती से निपटेंगे.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ स्वच्छता अभियान के तहत मंगलवार को मेरठ की शेरगढ़ी बस्ती पहुंचे. योगी के जाने के बाद बस्ती के लोगों ने जमकर हंगामा किया. गुस्साए लोगों ने शराब की दुकानों में तोड़फोड़ की. साथ ही वहां लगे योगी आदित्यनाथ के पोस्टर भी फाड़ दिए.

बताया जा रहा है कि शेरगढ़ी बस्ती में बाबा साहब अंबेडकर की मूर्ति लगी है. लोगों का कहना था कि जो भी बस्ती में आता है, बाबा की मूर्ति का माल्यार्पण करता है, लेकिन योगी ने ऐसा नहीं किया. गुस्साए लोगों की ये भी शिकायत थी कि बस्ती में मौजूद शराब की दुकानों से लोग काफी परेशान है. इस मसले पर योगी ने किसी से बात नहीं की.

लखनऊ में थामी थी झाड़ू
आपको बता दें कि हाल ही में शनिवार को योगी आदित्यानाथ मिशन सुबह झाड़ू लेकर लखनऊ की सड़क पर उतर आए. मुख्यमंत्री का मकसद यहां लोगों के बीच साफ-सफाई को लेकर जागरूकता फैलाने और यूपी को स्वच्छता के मामले में अव्वल लाने का है. इसी के तहत योगी लखनऊ के राममोहन बाग में खुद झाड़ू उठाकर सफाई में जुट गए. इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने एक पब्लिक शौचालय में जाकर वहां मौजूद सफाई कर्मचारियों से भी बात की थी. गंदगी के लिए यहां के मेयर को भी सीएम ने फटकार लगाई.

सफाई में बुरा है यूपी का हाल!
दरअसल देश भर विभिन्न शहरों में हुई स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण में यूपी का हाल काफी बुरा दिखा. देश के सौ स्वच्छ शहरों में यूपी से केवल बनारस का ही नाम है. पंचायत आजतक में सीएम योगी से जब इसे लेकर सवाल किया गया तो उन्होंने खुद मिशन क्लीन में जुटने का ऐलान किया. आजतक के इस विशेष कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने कहा, हमने इसको लेकर कार्य योजना तैयार की है. यूपी को खुले में शौच से मुक्त करने के लिए योजना तैयार की है. उन मलिन क्षेत्रों में जाएंगे और सफाई को आंदोलन बनाया जाएगा. स्वच्छता अभियान को आगे बढ़ाएंगे.'

योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इसके साथ ही ऐलान किया कि 2 अक्टूबर 2018 तक यूपी के सभी जनपद खुले में शौच से मुक्त होंगे और जब स्वच्छता की अगली लिस्ट आएगी तो 100 में से 50 शहर यूपी के होंगे. इसके लिए सरकार सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट पर प्लान बना रही है, ताकि कूड़े का निस्तारण हो और उससे कंपोस्ट बनाकर एनर्जी पैदा कर सकें.

यूपी के गोरखपुर में तैनात IPS अफसर सीओ गोरखनाथ चारू निगम और बीजेपी MLA राधा मोहन दास अग्रवाल के बीच हुआ मामला अब तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है. एक तरफ बीजेपी विधायक सीओ गोरखनाथ पर लोगों के साथ बदसलूकी और मारपीट का आरोप लगा रहे हैं, तो दूसरी पर चारू निगम का कहना है कि किसी को भी कानून अपने हाथों में नहीं लेने दिया जाएगा. काननू-व्यवस्था के लिए जरूरी हर कदम उठाए जाएंगे. पुलिस पर लगे सारे आरोप बेबुनियाद है.

जानकारी के मुताबिक, इस मामले की शुरुआत करीब 15 दिन पहले हुई थी. गोरखपुर के चिलुआताल थाना क्षेत्र के कोइलहवा गांव में शराब की तीन नई दुकानें खोली गई थी. इसका आसपास के लोगों ने कड़ा विरोध किया. घटना की जानकारी होने पर नगर विधायक राधा मोहन दास अग्रवाल मौके पर पहुंचे. उन्होंने एसडीएम और आबकारी अधिकारी को बुलाकर इस संबंध बात की, तो तय हुआ कि शराब की दुकान बंद की जाएगी. इस संबंध में एसडीएम ने आदेश भी कर दिया था.

बताया जा रहा है कि करीब पांच दिन पहले शराब की तीनों दुकान फिर खुल गईं. इसके बाद लोगों ने विधायक को सूचित किया, तो उन्होंने एसओ चिलुआताल को फोन किया. एसओ ने कहा कि उन्होंने शराब की दुकानें बंद करा दी हैं. लेकिन वास्तविकता में ऐसा नहीं हुआ. इससे नाराज लोग रविवार को सड़क पर आ गए. लोगों ने रास्ता जाम कर दिया. एसओ पर पैसे लेकर शराब की दुकान खुलवाने का आरोप लगा. लोगों के विरोध के बीच सीओ गोरखनाथ चारू निगम भी वहां आ गईं.

इस प्रदर्शन में महिलाएं और बच्चे भी शामिल थे. पुलिस पर जाम खुलवाने का दबाव था. ऐसे में उसने पब्लिक पर बल प्रयोग कर दिया. इससे एक गर्भवती महिला, बुजुर्ग और बच्चे सहित कई लोगों को गंभीर चोटें आईं. इस बात की खबर जैसे ही विधायक राधा मोहन दास अग्रवाल को मिली, वो पब्लिक के हक में पुलिस के खिलाफ खड़े हो गए. उन्होंने फिर से जाम लगा दिया और बड़े अफसरों को मौके पर बुलाने की मांग शुरू कर दी. इसी बीच सीओ और विधायक के बीच झड़प हो गई.

विधायक ने कहा- बीच में कूद पड़ी सीओ
विधायक राधा मोहन दास अग्रवाल ने आजतक से Exclusive बातचीत में कहा, 'इस घटना के वक्त जब मैं पहुंचा, तो उस वक्त सीओ नहीं थी. एसओ ने मुझसे कहा कि दूकाने बंद नहीं होंगी. इसके बाद मैंने एसडीएम और आबकारी अधिकारी को फोन किया. वे लोग आए. मैं उनसे बात कर रही रहा था कि सीओ बीच में आ गईं. सीओ को इतना तक नहीं पता था कि मैं शहर का पिछले 15 साल से विधायक हूं. मैंने उनको बताया भी, लेकिन इसके बाद भी वह झगड़ने लगी. मेरे बार-बार कहने के बाद भी बोलती रहीं.'

विधायक ने बताया, 'मैंने सीओ से कहा कि मुझे तुमसे नहीं एसडीएम से बात करनी है. तुम हर समस्या की जड़ हो. एक सीमा के बाद मैं तुम्हे बर्दाश्त नहीं करूंगा. क्या मैंने कुछ गलत कहा, क्या मैंने उसके साथ कुछ गलत किया, क्या मैंने उसके साथ कोई अभद्रता की? सीओ की कोई जाति, धर्म या लिंग नहीं होता है. एक विधायक के नाते मेरा काम है कि मैं लोगों की आवाज उठाऊं. मेरी छवि खराब कर दी गई है. मुझे मुंबई से मैसेज और कॉल आ रहे हैं. लोग मुझे गालियां और धमकी दे रहे हैं.'

सीओ ने कहा- उल्टा चोर कोतवाल को डांटे
अपने उपर लगे आरोपों पर सीओ चारू निगम ने आजतक से Exclusive बातचीत में कहा, 'यह तो उल्टा चोर कोतवाल को डांटे जैसा मामला है. हमारे पास पूरी घटना का वीडियो है. उसमें सारी सच्चाई कैद है. उसमें साफ दिख रहा है कि एक महिला बार-बार पुलिसवालों और मुझे लाठी मार रही थी. उसकी लाठी से मुझे भी चोट आई है. जिस वक्त ये घटना हुई उस वक्त तो शराब की दूकानें भी बंद थीं. लोग केवल जाम लगाना चाहते थे. हमने उनको वहां से हटने का मौका दिया. लेकिन जब नहीं माने तो उन्हें हटाना पड़ा.'

इस मामले में पुलिस का रोल जानना जरूरी
एसओ द्वारा पैसे लिए जाने के आरोप पर चारू निगम ने कहा, 'मेरे अधिनस्थ लोगों पर किसी तरह के भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगाने के पहले पूरी प्रक्रिया जाननी चाहिए. इस पूरे मामले में पुलिस का रोल कहां से कहां तक है. यह जानना जरूरी है. मेरे मौके पर पहुंचते ही विधायक आगबबूला हो गए थे. उन्होंने कहा कि देखो, लो आ गई. देखो कितनी बदतमीज है. मैं उनसे बात भी नहीं की थी. लेकिन वह मुझ पर चिल्लाने लगे. वो यदि किसी चीज को बढ़ाना चाहते हैं, तो वो करें, मुझे इसे आगे नहीं बढ़ाना है.'

फेसबुक एक्सप्रेस वाई-फाई Vs फ्री बेसिक्स, जानें क्या है दोनों में अंतर?

भारत फेसबुक के लिए बेहद अहम बाजार है. फेसबुक भारत में अपने पैर ना सिर्फ फैला चुका है बल्कि उसे मजबूत भी करता जा रहा है. फेसबुक हर तबके तक अपनी पहुंच बनाने के लिए नई-नई कोशिशें करता रहता है. इसी कोशिश में से एक कोशिश है फेसबुक की नई पहल ‘फेसबुक एक्सप्रेस वाई-फाई’ सर्विस. इसे लेकर कंपनी ने पिछले साल नवंबर में ही ऐलान था. अब भारत में फेसबुक ने भारती एयरटेल के साथ मिलकर 20000 एक्सप्रेस वाई फाई हॉटस्पॉट लॉन्च करने का ऐलान किया है. इससे पहले कंपनी ने भारत में फ्री बेसिक्स इंटरनेट पहल की शुरुआत की थी जिसे लेकर देश में काफी बवाल मचा था और ट्राई के हस्तक्षेप के बाद इसे बंद कर दिया गया था.

आज हम आपको ये बता रहे हैं कि फेसबुक की एक्सप्रेस वाई-फाई सर्विस और कंपनी के फ्री बेसिक सर्विस में क्या अंतर है और ये दोनों किस तरह एक दूसरे से अलग हैं.

फेसबुक एक्सप्रेस वाई-फाई सर्विस

फेसबुक एक्सप्रेस वाई-फाई सेवा देश में फेसबुक का एक नया व्यापार मॉडल है. जिसमें फेसबुक इंटरनेट की पहुंच हर तबके तक पहुंचाने की कोशिश करेगा. खास तौर पर इस सेवा में ग्रामीण भारत को फोकस किया जा रहा है. अपनी इस मुहिम के लिए फेसबुक भारतीय एयरटेल के नेटवर्क का इस्तेमाल करेगा. दरअसल फेसबुक लोकल सर्विस प्रोवाइडर्स का नेटवर्क इस्तेमाल कर सस्ती दर पर इंटरनेट उपलब्ध कराएगा. कंपनी का कहना है कि इससे ना सिर्फ लोगों तक इंटरनेट की पहुंच होगी बल्कि छोटे स्तर के सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कंपनियों की आमदनी में भी इजाफा होगा.

ऐसे में साफ है कि फेसबुक की ये सेवा पेड (भुगतान) है और इसके लिए कंपनी यूजर्स से सस्ती कीमत लेकर डेटा मुहैया कराएगी. ये नेट न्यूट्रैलिटी या किसी नियम का उल्लंघन नहीं करता.

इसके अलावा फेसबुक ने भारत के उत्तराखंड, गुजरात, राजस्थान व मेघालय राज्यों में लगभग 700 हॉटस्पॉट सेवा शुरु भी कर दी है. यूजर्स को फेसबुक के पब्लिक वाईफाई सेवा का लाभ लेने के लिए 1 दिन, 7 दिन और 30 दिन का पैक खरीदना होगा. उत्तराखंड में फेसबुक ने एयरजल्दी (airjaldi), राजस्थान में LMES, गुजरात में तिकोना और मेधालय में शैलधर जैसी लोकल सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कंपनियों से करार किया है.

फ्री बेसिक्स

फेसबुक ने साल 2015 में फ्री बेसिक्स की मुहिम शुरु की थी. फ्री बेसिक्स के नाम से ही जाहिर है कि ये सेवा मुफ्त थी. कंपनी ने भारत के ग्रामीण इलाकों में फ्री इंटरनेट पहुंचाने के लिए ये कदम उठाया था लेकिन इस प्लान में यूजर्स फ्री इंटरनेट के जरिए कुछ खास वेबसाइट ही एक्सेस कर सकता था. कंपनी का ये नियम नेट न्यूट्रैलिटी का साफ-साफ उल्लंघन माना जा रहा था. देश में फेसबुक के इस प्लान को लेकर काफी बवाल मचा और आखिरकार ट्राई ने हस्तक्षेप करके लोगों की राय मांगी और आखिरकार ट्राई के आदेश पर फेसहुक को भारत से प्लान वापस लेगा पड़ा.

अब लगभग पूरे एक साल बाद फेसबुक ने भारत में अपनी नई सेवा शुरु की है जिसमें वह यूजर्स को सस्ती कीमत पर डेटा मुहैया कराएगी.

सीबीआई के पूर्व एसपी खडायत के मुताबिक फर्जीवाड़े का ये खेल साल 2008 में तब खेला गया जब यूपी में मायावती मुख्यमंत्री थीं. उनके मुताबिक बिल्डर ने पहले नोएडा अथॉरिटी के अधिकारियों और राजनेताओं की जेब गर्म करके आईटी हब बनाने के लिए सरकार से सस्ती कीमत पर जमीन ले ली. उसके बाद लैंड यूज चेंज कराकर उस जमीन पर व्यवसायिक प्रतिष्ठान बना लिए.

खडायत पूरे मामले को लेकर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट गये और अब हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी याचिका के आधार पर यूपी सरकार और नोएडा अथॉरिटी को नोटिस जारी करके जवाब मांगा है.

A day after he said he had witnessed Kejriwal take Rs 2 crore from health minister Satyendra Jain in another case, Mishra alleged that the investigation into the tanker scam that dated back to Sheila Dikshit's tenure as chief minister was repeatedly delayed and influenced by Kejriwal and "his two men".

Mishra said he had shared all the evidence related to the tanker scam with the ACB. "I told the officials how chief minister Arvind Kejriwal deliberately delayed the report and how public money was misused.

Also, I told them how Kejriwal along with his two men affected the tanker scam probe. The government also tried to shield Sheila Dikshit time and again. ACB will call me again for a detailed investigation," he told reporters after the meeting.

Mishra, who was sacked as minister on Saturday, also demanded a lie detector on his allegations that he was an eyewitness to the Rs 2 crore exchanging hands between Kejriwal and Jain. He said that a lie detector test be conducted on all three.

Mishra has claimed Jain had told him in a private conversation that he had "settled" a Rs 50 crore land deal in favour of a relative of the chief minister.

Mishra further said that he has sought an appointment with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the Rs 2 crore allegations.

Conspiracy being hatched by BJP through Mishra, AAP alleges

The Aam Aadmi Party on Monday alleged that a big conspiracy was being hatched against it by the BJP through sacked Delhi minister Kapil Mishra.

The AAP said that Mishra was making "baseless" allegations against chief minister Arvind Kejriwal "out of desperation" after being expelled .

The AAP remarks came after Mishra submitted documents to the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) to back his allegations that Kejriwal had delayed the probe into a Rs 400 crore tanker scam.

Hitting out at the AAP legislator over his allegations of corruption against Kejriwal, AAP leader Sanjay Singh said Mishra had himself written to a letter to the ACB in September last year, saying that under pressure, the anti-graft body was trying to implicate the chief minister in the water tanker scam.

"A game of exploitation is being played against the AAP. The BJP is hatching a conspiracy against the AAP through Mishra," Singh told reporters here.

Singh claimed that Mishra was repeating what the BJP had been trying to allege in connection with the water tanker scam.

"Mishra's allegations are laughable. I want to ask him if Kejriwal had called him up before accepting the 'bribe'," he said referring to the sacked minister's claims that PWD Minister Satyendar Jain had allegedly handed over of Rs 2 crore to the AAP supremo.

At the press conference, the AAP showed a letter written by Mishra to the ACB in 2016 saying the agency was trying to target Kejriwal in the alleged water tanker scam even when his name was not mentioned anywhere in the evidence.

Singh accused Mishra speaking the BJP's language, adding that "AAP can never compromise with corruption. And now they are accusing us".

"The BJP and the Congress are treating Mishra as Harishchandra...He is same the person who had called Modi an 'ISI agent'," Singh said.
